Gordon (Amsterdam, 1968), stage name of Cornelis Heuckeroth, is a singer, tv host and founder/owner of several coffee and tea houses. Working as a market trader, he took part in several singing contests.
His third single, above song 'I wish I still could be with you'/'Kon ik maar even bij je zijn' (1991), became a big hit: it was in the Top 40 for 16 weeks and it had a number one position for four weeks. It has been voted into the Top 2000 (traditionally broadcasted on the radio the last week of the year) seven times.
He released over 50 singles and 13 albums. He was part of the supergroup The Best/De Toppers, with René Froger and Gerard Joling (2005-2011), of Los Angeles the Voices (2010-2013) and he sang at the Eurovision Song Contest (2009). In 2016 he ended his singing career, because he more and more lost his voice as a result of medical treatment.

Gordon also has a successful television career, for example as jury member of the X-factor and of Holland's Got Talent. He hosted a series of shows together with Gerard Joling, like I don't have a penny/Effe geen cent te makken and Gerard & Gordon look for a hobby/Geer & Goor zoeken een hobby. He became known for his wit and word-plays, always being very ad rem and funny.
Since 2013 he is ambassador of a foundation for the elderly, trying to reduce loneliness amongst seniors. Over the years he often reached the gossip news because of several failing (homosexual) relationships. He battled many diseases over the years (rheumatism, diabetes, psoriasis and more) and was heavily wounded in 2015, when he was hit by a car during a holiday in Greece.
John Ewbank (1968) is a songwriter, pianist and producer. Over 20 hits written by Ewbank reached the number 1 position in the Top 40. He is the permanent songwriter for Marco Borsato. He composed for example Borsato's song 'She'/'Zij'.
